All returns and refund requests must be submitted to Simply Colour within 30 (thirty) days from date of delivery.
Simply Colour swatches are non-refundable.
Simply Colour will accept returns in the following instances:
The product is returned in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition in which it was when it was delivered.
The product is faulty and/or damaged, subject to Simply Colour and its suppliers having the right to first inspect the product and the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This includes Colour and material defects.
The incorrect product was delivered to you.
The order is not complete and you wish to refund your order.
Simply Colour will arrange collection of the product at the same address at which it was delivered. Simply Colour may in its discretion, charge you a collective fee.
Upon submitting the return form, You herby consent to Simply Colour providing your personal information to the nominated third party delivery service provider in order to give effect to your request.
Simply Colour will be entitled to inspect the product and/or the send the product to its supplier for testing prior to processing any refund.
Photographs of the paint tins and/or packaging are requested with the form to ensure the products condition and that it is unopened.
Simply Colour will not be obliged to process any refund in the event that the fault and/or damage is a result of the following:
Ordinary wear and tear;
Non-compliance with the manufacturers specifications, negligence, user abuse and/or incorrect usage.
Simply Colour will not be able to refund special request orders unless said paint and/or accessories are found to be materially defective.
Simply Colour will process refunds and returns via EFT. A refund can take up to 7 (seven) business days to reflect in your account, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.
Simply Colour will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid less the following:
Delivery Charge
Restocking Fee of R120.00 (One hundred and twenty rand)
In the event that you have had a change of heart and would like to return a product, Please note Simply Colour will accept your return as long as the afore mentioned conditions are met.
